RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Policy Overview

We do not offer refunds unless an item is defective or incorrect.

We do offer exchanges under the conditions below.

 

Exchange Eligibility

  • Must be requested within 7 days of delivery

  • Item must be unworn and in original condition

  • Item must be in stock

Defective or Incorrect Items

Email returns@actifyco.com with:

 

  • Order number

  • Description of issue

  • Photos

 

We will replace the item or issue a refund if necessary.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Processing

Exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days after receiving the item.
